If you forgot your Customer Account login, you can retrieve it at any time using the ["Lost Your Password?"] link. An email is sent to you immediately containing **both** your **Username** and a new random **password**.
*Note: There is no point in contacting our customer support for your password: for security and privacy reasons, our admins have no access to user passwords and they are stored in an encrypted state in the database!*
**Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you don't get the email immediately.** If you do not receive the email within a few minutes (it's a fully automated process without human interaction), then it's most likely blocked. If you don't see the email in your junk mail folder either, then it may be blocked at the server level of your email provider: in that case, please whitelist email@example.com with your email provider, or contact them about how to do this. Sometimes it's already enough to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email software's (e.g. gmail) address book.
